The living area opens up to a dining area with 6 chairs stunning kitchen with counter height bar stools all new appliances and cabinets. The owners of the property have thought of everything in stocking the kitchen from the large wine fridge Viking cookware and all the accessories and gadgets for enjoying a relaxing night in. Each of the bedrooms offer a tranquil place to catch your rest before your next big day at the beach with all new bedding and furniture and darkening curtains for late mornings. Both bathrooms have also been renovated beautifully. There is no doubt once you have stayed at 1303 Quay you will want this to be your vacation getaway for years to come!

* Your reservation includes a $75 building resort fee required by the Quay building. This building resort fee includes one parking space for the duration of your stay. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $75 for the week.
