Located in a fantastic oceanfront building, the condo features a limited view but is fully equipped with all the essentials. You'll have easy access to the pools, sundeck, and beach. The living room slider opens up to the sundeck area, which leads directly to the pool and beach. The den provides extra space, almost like a third bedroom, though it does not have closet space. The condo comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 3 smart TVs with internet access, and Xfinity cable in the living room and bedroom. Other amenities include central A/C and parking for 2 cars. Please note, the building charges a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival to the Rainbow. This condo is non-smoking, and pets are prohibited.
Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
