We proudly welcome your furry family members! Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs or cats are allowed year-round with a one-time $60 pet fee per stay. Please note that, per Ocean City regulations, pets are not permitted on the beach or Boardwalk from May 1 through September 30, but are welcome from October 1 through April 30. Unattended pets must be crated.

This recently renovated condo is fully equipped for your comfort, featuring stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and a fully stocked kitchen. Additional amenities include an outdoor foot shower and access to an indoor pool (open from Memorial Day through October 15).

Enjoy modern conveniences such as self check-in with a keypad, high-speed WiFi, and two large 60” flat-screen HDTVs. The building also offers elevator access, one reserved parking space, and an additional guest space (first come, first served), along with nearby street parking.

The unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The spacious living room includes a cozy couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a twin -over-twin bunk bed along with an additional queen bed, plus a large 60”flat-screen TV.

This property is ideal for families, married couples, or responsible adults over the age of 24.

You’ll be within walking distance or a short drive to numerous restaurants, shops, nightlife spots, and attractions, including amusement parks, water activities, and the convention center.
