Do Not Stay Here – Misleading and Disappointing Experience
Room: The moment we walked in, the room smelled awful. The balcony was disgusting—littered with cigarette butts and empty wine bottles. Definitely not what was advertised.
Parking: Incredibly inconvenient. There are only about 8 reserved parking spots, and you have to book them in advance. Otherwise, you’re stuck parking down the block and across the street. Most hotels include parking—this one does not.
Housekeeping: We stayed for three nights and not once did anyone come to clean the room. When we asked, the housekeeper told us her shift was over and that she had to rush to her second job (and then went on a long rant about her personal life). Completely unprofessional.
Customer Service: I asked for fresh towels, and the front desk lady during the day was rude and visibly irritated. Basic hospitality was totally lacking.
Noise: The hotel is next to a church, and the bell rings constantly throughout the day. It’s loud and impossible to ignore.
Pool & Hot Tub: The pool was filthy, and there were no umbrellas for shade. The hot tub is tiny—fits about four people—and has no lounge chairs around it, just a random bench. Tons of unused space with nothing but basic chairs.
Overall: This hotel is a total waste of money. It looks nothing like the photos, and the service is terrible across the board. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
