Mieten Sie diese schöne 2.000 Quadratmeter große Wohnung in der Innenstadt von Ocean City. Großartige Lage in der Nähe der Bucht, an der Ecke von Wicomico und Philadelphia. Gehen Sie zum Strand, Promenade, lokalen Bars und Restaurants. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich Dumsers hausgemachtes Eis.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der 3. Etage und verfügt über 2 reservierte Parkplätze.

Ab der letzten Woche von Juni bis September ist die Unterkunft nur für wöchentliche Anmietungen mit samstagsem Check-in verfügbar.
Mindestens drei Nächte in der Nebensaison.

Beautiful condo and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk

The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything for cooking, going to the beach and a notebook with everything available in the area. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk where there’s always something to do. We did a boat tour to see the fireworks over the ocean which was beautiful and just a short walk to the dock. We were there for the week of July 4th and had 2 assigned parking spots, luckily we only had 1 vehicle because when we came back from dinner before going for fireworks someone had parked in one of our spots ( there were 2 other renters at the same time that encountered the same problem). There’s a sign in the building that says parking is strictly enforced and ro ca the city for problems, they told us to call the towing company (who is also listed on the sign) and they in turn told us they can’t do anything unless the owner themselves call…needless to say the strict parking policy was not enforced. I don’t know what we would have done if we had brought 2 vehicles because it was a zoo with people coming to watch the fireworks. We rented linen which was more convenient than having to bring all of that as well, but a bit pricey. Everything was clean but we aren’t sure if the mattress covers, pillows and comforters were washed between renters. We had a bed we weren’t using that had dirty pillows and there were popcorn kernels/crumbs on the bed. After removing my sheets, there was a lot of hair on the mattress protector. Had a great time!

We loved this condo! It is HUGE. And so clean! We never moved the car once parked. The balcony is a dream. The kitchen is well stocked, the ac works great. We hope to stay again next year if the host will let us. She is wonderful- attentive and gives all info so you don’t even have questions.

We have been coming to Ocean City forever and this is the first time we stayed down close to the boardwalk. We loved being able to walk to the boardwalk and local shoppes without having to drive. The location was perfect for family and younger children. It was a lovely area. We also enjoyed the condo itself. More than enough room for everyone!! The condo had everything you needed and more. Very clean and very spacious. I sent an email to Linda to let her know how much we enjoyed her place. I would definitely go back there again!! It was a great vacation!

I love this condo. We park our cars and don't need to drive the whole week. Conveniently located. Large. Everything you need. Feels like home. Communication with owner is prompt and easy. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable downtown condo close to lots!

We enjoyed a great stay at this condo! From the start, the owner responded very quickly to questions. Location is great for us.... We like to be close to the action, but not right in the middle of it! It was simple to park and enter upon arrival. The condo is comfortable. One room was great for our boys (we had 4 but you could have fit more!), plus two private bedrooms for the adults! The kitchen has everything you need. Just bring your sheets and towels!

Fabulous Place

This is a very large condo. There were nine of us and we had plenty of space. It is very well equipped, just like home. It's so conveniently located to everything. It's a short walk to the boardwalk, rides and arcades. There are places to fish within walking distance. The Catholic church is three blocks away. There is a market / small grocery store close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There's even a park where there is live music in the evening. My grandchildren love it and so do I.

Great place for family

Plenty of space for 3 families. 2 families with children. Close to the beach and boardwalk. We could walk to everything we needed. Food, fun, beach, boardwalk, rides, and ice cream. Could use a up grade on pots and pans, and some extra coffee cups.
