EXCLUSIVE 100-ft Oceanfront Balcony -- 3 Bed/2.5 Bath End-Unit Condo @ Sea Watch

Exclusive 3-bedroom/2.5 bath end-unit condo on the 7th floor of the famous Sea Watch condominium building on 115th Street.

EVERY room has sliding glass door access to the 100+ foot long oceanfront balcony (YES....100 feet long -- it's AMAZING!!).

Unit is completely re-modeled with tile floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture, TVs in every room, two sleeper sofas, electric fireplace, and a large set of patio furniture (adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and tables).

This one-of-a-kind unit has a 3-sided balcony -- north, south & longest oceanfront balcony in Ocean City. Master bedroom is the corner room with two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the oceanfront & north-facing balconies. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi.

In addition, the Sea Watch building has EVERYTHING: two pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, arcade/game-room, billiards room, snack shop, and private cinema in the building <-- super COOL!!

The building also has a large parking garage onsite. During May thru October there is a one-time $65 fee per vehicle to utilize the garage for your stay.

Condo is in great location for the off-season activities:
• Near the Ocean City Winterfest of Lights.
• Sea Watch is in the middle of the Ocean City Christmas Parade route.
•. Close to the Convention Center and Performing Arts Center with on-going performances.
•. Watch the off-season parades/events curbside: Classic Car Shows, BikeFest, St Patrick’s Day events, etc.
•. Near the best restaurants that are open year-around: Liquid Assets, Saltwater75, Nantucket’s, RopeWalk, Tailchasers, etc.

This is the BEST Ocean City has to offer. Near everything.....shopping, restaurants, activities, etc.

This condo was amazing. It is updated, clean, right on the beach. Plenty of room. Every room has a sliding glass door onto the balcony overlooking the ocean. The host was very responsive and no hassle check in. Looking forward to my next trip there.

This was an amazing condo. The oceanfront view was breathtaking. I am convinced this is the best view in Ocean City. My family and I had the best time. The condo was completely renovated, very spacious. Everything worked properly and there is so much to do there for us and our kids. It is a perfect location, close to the boardwalk, all our favorite restaurants, and putt putt locations. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Flawless checkin .. host is so kind & welcoming . Can’t say enough about the condo .. beautiful views from every room…. Every convenience you could ask for …. We highly recommend staying at this condo, had everything we needed, it was very clean. Owner was very nice and returned messages within minutes. Great location, we seen dolphins from the balcony with had plenty of chairs. Our only complaint was the indoor pool was not open which was not the owners fault. We would definitely book this condo again.

Such a wonderful place for an early spring visit! We enjoyed the wrap-around ocean views and sounds in sun, wind, and fog. This is a great unit, in a great location, with good amenities. The kitchen, bedrooms, baths and laundry have all been updated. The unit had everything we needed. The owner was very quickly responsive. This was a great home base for beach walks and Assateague Island National Seashore park explorations. This sets a high standard for beach rentals, tough to beat! We would be glad to stay here again.

We stayed for 3 weeks from the end of January until mid February. The condo has sliding doors on three sides. Seven in all, 5 across the front with direct ocean views everywhere you look. The sun rise is unbelievable to wake up to. And the sunsets were some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. With Food Lion just a block away and Bull on the Beach not far, we were definitely in Paradise. Jack is a great host and was just a phone call away to answer any questions. This was an excellent trip to come to the beach in December. The place was immaculate, and the views were stunning all the way around the unit. It was great to wake up and watch the sunrise every morning. Jack was awesome and very responsive and helped us extend our stay. For the past few years, our family has taken a mini-vacation to Ocean City and the Delaware beaches for their Christmas parades, tree lightings, light displays, and just as a bit of respite before the full on rush of the holiday season. While we've stayed at many OC condominiums (including SeaWatch) in the past, this was our first time staying in this unit -- it was absolutely spectacular...just wow! The condo sits at the front of the building with walls of sliding glass doors providing amazing views of the beach/ocean from both indoors or the stunning wrap-around balcony. Inside, each of the bedrooms is meticulously decorated and filled with plenty of storage. The kitchen/living/dining areas all flow together creating the perfect gathering space after a long day. As a bonus, the owners have stocked the condo with anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay. It's clear that this condo has been exquisitely renovated with much care and thought. We will absolutely be back in the future. Highly recommend this SeaWatch condo for your next family vacation!

We traveled with family for Thanksgiving week. There were 18 of us, spread throughout multiple condos in the same building. Some of us rented larger units because they needed more bedrooms for grandparents & children, but everyone ended up in our unit because it was just so beautiful! The huge balcony truly is spectacular. Communication with the owner was easy, and he checked in with us during our stay to make sure that everything was satisfactory. If we go to Ocean City again for Thanksgiving, we will definitely try to stay in this unit again.

From the moment you walk in, the breathtaking views will captivate you! The property is very well maintained and makes you feel at home right away. Beautiful, spacious, close to grocery store, restaurants, and everything you need. The condo itself is amazing with an enormous balcony ocean front. Property owners are very easy to communicate with, friendly, professional and respond promptly. Very easy to check in and out. I have no complaints and me and my family want to come back every year!
