Exclusive 3-bedroom/2.5 bath end-unit condo on the 7th floor of the famous Sea Watch condominium building on 115th Street.

EVERY room has sliding glass door access to the 100+ foot long oceanfront balcony (YES....100 feet long -- it's AMAZING!!).

Unit is completely re-modeled with tile floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture, TVs in every room, two sleeper sofas, electric fireplace, and a large set of patio furniture (adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and tables).

This one-of-a-kind unit has a 3-sided balcony -- north, south & longest oceanfront balcony in Ocean City. Master bedroom is the corner room with two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the oceanfront & north-facing balconies. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi.

In addition, the Sea Watch building has EVERYTHING: two pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, arcade/game-room, billiards room, snack shop, and private cinema in the building <-- super COOL!!

The building also has a large parking garage onsite. During May thru September there is a one-time fee per vehicle to utilize the garage -- $55 (cash) or $60 (credit card).

This is the BEST Ocean City has to offer. Near everything.....shopping, restaurants, activities, etc.

Perfect vacation!
This wasn’t far the best condo we have ever stayed at in Ocean City. The unit had everything we needed and the beach chairs and toys came in so handy. The unit is decorated beautifully and the huge ocean front balcony was our favorite part. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating, checking in on us after our arrival and check out to see how everything went with our stay!!

If you are looking for the best balcony in OC and the best host with a perfect location, this is the place. Condo was super clean, excellent layout with open floor plan for kitchen, living room, and dining room, with ocean views from every room. Great outdoor pool, indoor pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball, and kiddy pool with ocean just steps away. Very kid friendly. Wonderful having the washer and dryer right in the unit. Came with lots of new beach chairs so leave yours at home. Grocery store, beer store, and pharmacy 2 blocks away all within walking distance. Host was amazing and super helpful. Answered any questions within minutes. Had a great week and looking forward to returning.

This condo is amazing! Everything is as advertised and I was pleased to find some key staples such as a hair dryer located within the condo. The pictures posted for this rental do it no justice. It is the most beautiful and amazing property! All of the amenities that are included are top notch. You can't beat the view from the balcony (which goes on and on). The property owner was readily available for the one question I had and even took the time to follow up once we arrived to make sure we had everything and were comfortable. This was a long weekend girls trip and I can't wait to come back with my family. 100 + stars!!!!

WOW!
You will be wowed! Pure Paradise! The unit was obviously recently renovated with new everything, gorgeous and kept very well. The countertops will jump out at you right away with beach themes as will the decorations throughout the ample apartment. Plenty of space to accommodate the max number of guests - we were only 4 adults and 2 children and so much room. Excellent kitchen to assembly meals, plenty of space and fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The balcony was a huge hit and perfect for sunrises and ring side views of the ocean. The waves will lull you to sleep and mesmerize you during the day. 3 large bedrooms, Huge living room and dining room next to kitchen with open air look and feel. Host is accommodating, reached out to make sure everything was going well. Nothing but kudos for this apartment. Hard to call it an apartment....as my son said 'it's bigger than my house!' You have to stay here!
First of all, the property was gorgeous and immaculately kept. If it weren't so cold outside, I would have slept on the balcony because that sunrise view is everything! The owners really had every amenity you could think of. I got a welcome message and a checkout message to make sure everything was good. Other than that I didn't have a need to communicate with the owners because their instructions were very detailed. Honestly, we wanted to extend it stay once we got there because it was so nice.
