Large balcony overlooking pool with a partial ocean view! Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, central A/C, cable, Smart TVs and high speed Wi-Fi! Spacious condo sleeps 6 people - Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. Condo is walking distance to popular restaurants and bars, and CVS is right across the street. This great condo is located downtown and there is no assigned parking or parking lot. Street parking is available and normally isn't an issue except holiday weekends. This condo is on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator.

Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package costs $109.00. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
