When you aren't hanging out on the sand right outside your door, continue to enjoy views from the plush seating in the open living room. When you aren't dining out, the fully-equipped kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. A stackable washer/dryer is also available in this space. Personal TVs, soft linens, and central air compose the bedrooms, making them equally inviting.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



PARKING: ONE parking space available. Parking Space labeled 301. The parking clearance under the building is 7 feet. No oversized vehicles are permitted. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please watch street signs to avoid being towed.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
