Then, retreat to the inviting living room with a flatscreen TV to experience a relaxing evening watching TV. This retreat also has ceiling fans in every room, an extra-large water heater for showers, Comcast with voice commands, and all cable channels including premium movie channels, all sports packages, and news channels.

BUILDING REGISTRATION FEE: A $50 non-refundable building registration fee, payable in cash, is required at check-in.

The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
