This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days, a week, or several weeks. This unit is quiet and perfect for families to create lasting beach memories. 407 is one of the most updated condo units in the building.

Great location on 33rd street and walkable to the beach, boardwalk, Jolly Rogers, shops, and mini market for groceries. Restaurants and bars are also nearby. Quiet fishing/crabbing pier near/behind the condo. A Charter and water sport rental company is also nearby.

The condo is one of the best units that you will ever stay in! Beach theme and contemporary style living brings this condo to life. The living room is furnished with a comfy couch that doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors provide plenty of natural light to brighten the space, and in the evenings you can sit on the furnished balcony and watch the sunset. 1 free condo parking space is secured with the refundable parking fee/parking pass. The $50 is processed for refund (via Venmo, Paypal, or CashApp) once parking pass is confirmed returned at the end of your stay. Side street parking is also available on 32nd and 33rd streets for additional free parking.

This property does not allow pets or smoking and we only rent to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
