Off Season Beach Weekend
The house is adorable with a super easy walk to the beach. We loved all the balconies and having a garage. The house was clean with nice tall ceilings. The neighborhood is very well kept and an easy walk to Dunkin, which is a necessity for me and my coffee addiction. Our only downside was we could not get a late checkout and trying to add an additional night was a challenge. But that is more of a problem with VRBO. I would definitely stay here again, but probably would not book through VRBO.

It was only two tv’s in the house, WiFi only worked the first night, oven door handle was broke, lock box to garage was hard to get into. Found a flea or tick in the bathroom the first night. Other than that. It was ok

Wedding Weekend
Great location. Perfect size for the number of guests we had. There was a lot of ware and tear on the property, un-glued flooring threshold in the garage, broken cabinet doors, upstairs carpets were stained. Overall great property would book again. I live in a resort town in Florida so I complete understand what these properties go through. Check in check out was seamless.

Would not book again
We booked this rental property that lists four bedrooms. On arrival, we found that one of the bedrooms was unusable (locked) and no pillow cases were provided. I called and messaged the rental company asking if they could send someone over to address these issues after arriving Friday. I was told someone would be over in the morning. We decided to deal with it for one night. The next day, we never heard back. This is unprofessional and made the trip incredibly unpleasant. The rental management company is unreliable. We paid for a rental with four bedrooms, but could only use three. No offer for partial reimbursement or apology was offered. I am appalled at the lack of customer service. I cannot recommend this rental.

Nice but walls beat up and the floor beat up & very dirty
The bedrooms were nice and comfortable, but the walls were all marked up and the dark floor was VERY dirty when you wiped anything up, it came up black with Dirt. we were there at the end of the summer season, so it was probably at its worst condition. Suggestion: the 2 front bedrooms had only blinds and it did not keep the room dark at all and the morning SUN woke everyone up in those rooms. Both bedrooms need Room Darkening Curtains put up. Thank You.

Location-Location-Location
The townhouse was in a little better condition than last time we stayed here in 2019. Excellent Kitchen/Main Floor layout. Bedrooms are located properly and are well insulated from sound. The small decks are great. We came back once and will come back again with our large group. The cleaning crew did a great job and the amenities left for us were a really nice touch.

Great Space in a great location with ample parking.
Such a great house, with lots of space and a fantastic location. Needs some minor repairs/upkeep but otherwise fantastic. Also plenty of parking. So many times when I stay with a group at the beach, we are struggling to find parking - this had ample on-premise and street parking.

Family Fun!
This three-level home had plenty of room for all eight adults and one preschool child and our little chihuahuas. The pool was fun and never crowded. Convenient location too! We had a great time!

good location - poor amenities
It had plenty of space; pool picture was misleading, it was actually smaller than the picture implies and was a short walk from the unit. The apartment looked beat-up. Multiple scuff marks on walls, and carpet stained. Only one TV with basic cable despite having 4 bedrooms. Old or damaged appliances. Screens to terrrace or balcony didn't work. The location was close to many activities but was definitiely sub-standard to other units I have used for the rice paid.

Good party house
This house is in a great location but needs much updating. I suspect it has hosted quite a few parties based on every wall is scuffed and many patched. And not painted. Not much wall decor but screw or hooks that once held something. Carpets and furniture are worn and stained. The wood laminate floor is patched with tape. There were dirty coffee mugs in the cupboard when we arrived.

Great Location!
We stayed here with a group of 9 (8 adults and 1 teenager and a dog). The place had normal wear and tear, nothing excessive, but still clean. Great location, pool area was fantastic. Only thing we weren't sure about was the top bunk for the teenager - a bit insecure, but the pullout couch was a perfect alternative. Overall, very happy with the townhouse - lots of space, lots of seating in kitchen area, and we had a great time :)

Great location, and nice house.the beach is super convenient, and My kids had the community pool all to themselves whenever we went. The whole stay was great, but the house layout is a bit odd- small rooms. it could do with more comfy seating. Also, the kitchen was minimal with few utensils and pots, but we didn’t cook much and made do with plastic spoons and forks. Had an overall great time!

Would never stay here again.
This property was just awful and insanely dirty. During COVID, you would think it would be extra clean but it was the complete opposite. We had to do a deep clean ourselves on vacation when we arrived (which is not something you want to do on vacation). We didn’t take our shoes off the entire week because the floor was so dirty. Such a shame as it’s in a great area and has potential.

Frat House feel
This is one of the worst propertys we have stayed at. It was like renting a former frat house for the week. Here's just a sample of what we found, screen on sliding door ripped to shreds, hole in kitchen ceiling, broken kitchen cabinet door, broken bin in refrigerator, curtains in kitchen ripped and frayed at bottom, total of 4 spoons in the kitchen, carpets were stained everywhere, no overhead lighting in bedrooms and only one working side lamp in each, one lamp totally broken off where blub goes, outside of master bedroom door is cracked, stains(not sure what) on wall above closet in one of the upstairs bedrooms, walls were nothing but black marks all over, pics online show mirror on wall in kitchen- only screws remain. I don't think anything was done to this property since it was built. So.... other than that, I don't know why someone wouldn't want to stay here for a relaxing vacation :(

The location & layout was worth the price of this townhouse. Says it sleeps 11 but I’d say it’s more 9. (Pullout couch was counted in ‘sleeps 11’, not ideal, but worked for us. Cleanliness def needs a change (more the cleaning crew) & sheets, and rugs need to be replaced. Cleaning crew was so poorly done before we came property mngr sent them back! (Which helped, but not too much) Property manager was very responsive & gave personal cell phone #s if anything was needed, which was very accommodating. Due to all this, I give this a 4 out of 5 stars.

This townhouse was perfect for my sister’s graduation week. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay! Only recommendation would be to add an iron and ironing board to the property.

Great stay in comfortable condo!
Very well taken care of condo just a short block and a half to the beach. There were just four of us and our dog, but with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, it could have easily accommodated multiple families. Also has garage parking, which is a big perk! Large kitchen space with big table and a balcony. There are two other balconies off the living room and master as well. Some of the furniture and bed linens are showing a bit of wear, but overall it was very clean. We only had two minor issues during our stay. There were some ants in the kitchen that came after our snacks and the dog's food, so we had to keep everything either sealed or in the fridge. And the washer wasn't working. Went to wash a load of clothes the night before we left, and the washer filled up with water but didn't wash, rinse or drain. Ended up having to wring the clothes out and bring them home in a trash bag.

end unit, good location in town, clean but clearly needed maintenance.
We stayed here after being evacuated from south Carolina due to hurricane Florence. Instant booking was nice and was necessary, and the place did appear to be clean, plenty of towels, bedding, appliances worked and townhome is newer overall. The bad was all of the issues, paint coming off multiple doors in bathrooms, door hanging partly off in kitchen, refridgerator in kitchen had cracked drawers, 1 broken kitchen chair, only 2 televisions, one in living room one in kids bunk room, the walls were impressively scraped/marked up throughout, and the morning we left the water wouldn't shut off for the upstairs tub, no one answered numbers until we finally were given I believe the owner number at checkout time and were given approval to turn off whole house water supply. The worst part aside from the water issue though, were the literally falling apart bunk beds that we had to tighten up, and most of the remaining bed sets had frames missing many screws and were barely standing. I had the master and the bed is one person sitting on it firmly from falling to the ground. Overall it was a good location, big, newer, seemed very clean, but had multiple repair issues that should resolved. I understand it is end of season but it just seems like someone in there for 1 single hour with tools could easily make the place a great spot to stay.

Our local operations manager is working with the owner on updating this home's interior, but they did secure the bunk beds and tightened up the other bed frames.
