The main living area downstairs provides a cozy place to unwind after a full day in the sun, paired with a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and everything you need to enjoy meals at home. Just outside, the oceanfront balcony is the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or wind down in the evening while listening to the waves roll in. The second bedroom includes three double beds and its own private balcony overlooking Assawoman Bay—an ideal setting for taking in Ocean City's famous sunsets. Guests will also enjoy convenient building amenities including Wi-Fi, elevator access, an indoor pool, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added comfort throughout your stay. When it's time for the beach, simply head out via the Century I sundeck and you're steps from the sand.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2026 through Memorial Day 2027. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
