  • Willkommen in Ihrem nächsten Sommerurlaubsort. Unsere ebenerdige Wohnung in Ocean City bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten und eine günstige Lage in der Nähe der berühmten Ocean City Promenade, jedoch ohne Lärm und Verkehr. Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen preisgekrönten 96-Einheiten-Eigentumswohngemeinschaftsoase. Das Gerät ist ideal gelegen, nur wenige Schritte zum Gemeinschaftspool und ruhigen Innenhof.

    Die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad bietet bequem Platz für bis zu sieben Gäste. Es gibt ein Queensize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten und ein ausziehbares Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich für mehr Optionen.

Host Mike was amazing ! Communication was clear and he responded to messages very fast. Pool was awesome, as well as location. Such a nice place to stay. Cleaning could have been better. However would stay here again

Place was very nice but there is a strong musty smell when you first get there the host addressed it and it has better the rest of the stay but not great. The were were also crickets in the place. The owner was made aware and I'm sure will take care of these issues. So if these things are addressed I would stay again.

The condo unit was clean. The pool was nice however the hours it was open was limited. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The unit was in a great location, it was close to the beginning of the boardwalk with lots of things to do nearby.

This two bedroom apartment suited our family well for this family visit to Ocean City. Things we loved about the apartment were access to the pool, quiet Neighbourhood, (which was especially helpful on Fourth of July weekend), comfortable beds, and convenient location. We went to the boardwalk, we went north to visit with relatives at 124th St., this location was in the middle. The host was really responsive to the couple of problems we had initially and worked hard to make us happy. We are glad we booked this place and found it good value.

This is a well kept space that is just far enough away from the chaos, yet close enough to access all the fun. Clean, access to a pool, easy parking ..We slept 7 comfortably!

Ocean City Family Get Away

I booked this Condo for my son and I. The Condominium was clean, and convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here. The owner was easy to get in contact with, and booking was easy. Quite and peaceful at night after long days out.

We had a great stay, the location was 10min from the beach, apartment was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary basics. Washer and dryer are super helpful.There are Beach chairs, umbrella and toys in the storage.The only one item that was a bit not super great was the noise of the hvac unit turning on, but once asleep it’s fine.

The place itself was absolutely amazing! The owner was prompt with greeting for check-in and checkout through messaging. The pool manager was the coolest ever! All the neighbors were above expectations! The cleaning help could have done better but not worthy of complaint! Lovely lovely place! I’ll definitely stay again

Great location and value!

Four of us stayed here over Ocean's Calling weekend 2024 and had a great experience. Everything was as advertised, so we made sure to bring linens. Parking was easy and convenient. VRBO itself was clean and laid out well. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer was a big plus since our clothes were soaked from the rain Friday. Michael was clear and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Fun Weekend

This was a last minute getaway. The home was very clean, great location, nice neighborhood, centrally located. We were able to walk to restaurants, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, mini golf and beach easily. Unit had a community pool, washer and dryer large enough for a group of four, and parking was very accessible. Would definitely recommend this unit. Did not need to contact owner but he contacted us to make sure everything was okay.

Ideal if you love the pool

Great place to stay for a family plus grandparents. We loved having the pool right outside. It was so easy for the kids to run back in to the unit if they forgot something or needed to go to the bathroom. The walk to get to the beach was easy. It was 10-15 min at a leisurely pace. The owner of this unit was helpful and quick to respond to questions that we had before the trip. They also had a lot of supplies on hand in the unit which was awesome. My only negatives (very minor) were with the bathroom and the kitchen. Sharing just one bathroom can at times be challenging with 6 or 7 people. We knew this going in but it was still tough when the hot water ran out quickly or if someone needed the bathroom while a dif person was showering. The kitchen was extremely tiny -- really only enough room for 1 person at a time. So meal times were sometimes tricky. We had to wait turns to go in and get the food we wanted. Overall, we really liked the unit and had a great vacation!

Another great vacation at a wonderful location

Our stay at Gullway Villa's was fantastic. location was perfect distance to everything, by car, by bike and walk. The Condo was extremely clean, very accommodating to our vacation needs. Dining area was perfect size to sit around and play cards. The bedrooms were set up to feel like your home. Very comfortable mattress on all. The queen size pullout couch was perfect for teens. What more can you ask for. (No pullout Couch is ever comfortable for adults). Bathroom was very clean,hot water was just enough for all of us to take hot showers. The ability to use the washer and dryer is a bonus (and great one at that). Access into the condo was simple and easy. The bike rack is something to be desired especially when you have several bikes to lock up. Lack of bike space seemed to be a common issue all over not just at Gullway Villa's. Overall our stay was wonderful and will definitely look to book another stay.

Great Time and Great Location

My husband and I came with our two kiddos along with my mother and father. We had an amazing time here. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The smart TV in the living room was nice at night to relax. We were thankful to be able to do laundry while we stayed. The washer and dryer worked great. We loved going to the pool. It was very quiet and secluded. It was a 10 minute walk with kids to Jolly Rogers and our favorite, Fractured Prune. We loved staying here and are excited to come back as a family!

Vacation with granddaughters

The property owner was so helpful. The condo was cute and cozy. The pool was nice and relaxing however I was hoping it would stay open later. Overall we had a very nice time. Thanks Michael!
