Several significant issues made our stay far from ideal, primarily regarding poor communication and maintenance.1. Communication & Parking (1/5 Stars):Host communication was slow and unhelpful. I reached out a week prior regarding parking and waited three days for a response. When I called, the off-site rep simply read the booking packet and couldn't contact anyone on-site for clarification and suggested we should find off-site parking on Parkopedia (all I found was paid garages). The host eventually replied via the app with the same incorrect info. When we checked in, on-site security confirmed that during the off-season, multiple passes are provided. The host’s lack of local knowledge caused unnecessary stress. All subsequent app responses during our stay were also delayed, about two days per response.2. Listing Accuracy & Amenities:The listing is misleading; the mentioned game room is not inclusive and requires an extra fee.3. Maintenance & Facility Issues:- No Hot Water: We had no hot water for our final night and morning. Cold showers were a miserable experience.- Lack of Supplies: Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 3-bathroom unit.- Worn Linens: Comforters were torn and need replacement.- Broken Fan: The bedroom ceiling fan in one room was non-functional.While the location has potential, the poor maintenance and uninformed hosting made for a frustrating stay. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
