The building offers a secure, self-check-in lobby with elevator. Once inside the unit, you can enjoy a wide open floor plan that includes a spacious laundry room with washer/dryer/utility sink/additional cabinets; an updated half bath; a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top with breakfast bar; a dining area with both dining table and breakfast bar. Last but not least, a spacious living room with high end furnitures including a queen pulled out sofa beds and a gas fireplace for those winter nights; not to mention an entertainment system that the whole family can enjoy. Step out to the top floor, private balcony with sliders off the living room with high chairs and tables to enjoy that gorgeous, unobstructed view of the sunset on the bay water!!

The sleeping quarter includes 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom offers king bed and sitting area, along with a private bath with upgraded marble countertop vanity, standing shower, AND a Jacuzzi tub. There is also another slider off the master bedroom providing access to the balcony with water view of the bay as well. The second hall full bath also offers upgraded vanity with a bathtub. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin-on-full bunk bed. Third bedroom has a full-on-full bunk bed with twin trundle AND a full bed with twin trundle. Both second and third bedroom along with front balcony offer partial water view of the ocean!! All rooms have their own Smart TVs with Comcast cable TV and streaming Netflix service.

Beach essentials including beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas/beach tent, sand toys and many other beach accessories are available for rent on-site for your convenience to enhance your experience. Our place is equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels. For your convenience, we offer the following services through our third party cleaning company: Linens and towels services $190/stay (includes sheets, pillow cases for all beds and 13 sets of bath towels) or $125/stay for either just linens or towels.

***Other optional items available for rent on-site:
1) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, sand toys, and 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories(damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)

***We provide a LIMITED but ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towel (1 roll/ bathroom), trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap. Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.k

***High school seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks are welcomed. Additional $500 refundable damage deposit and/or $99 non-refundable property damage insurance along with prior approval from homeowner are required prior to booking.

***Grilling is not permitted in the unit and community per OCMD fire code
