Inside, stock up the fridge and prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar. Enjoy meals together or bust out the board games at the indoor table for six, or head out back to the furnished deck where you can fire up the gas grill and indulge in an alfresco dining experience. You'll also find a private hot tub on the deck - ideal for relaxing after days of exploring the area or playing at the lake.
On the lower level, meet up in the comfortable main living area and watch TV in the glow of the gas fireplace, while upstairs, the furnished loft includes a double sofa bed, a second TV, a pub-height table and chairs, and an air hockey table for when you're craving a little friendly competition.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The home was an excellent property in an area with which we were familiar. Everyone was comfortable. The only concern we had was thaat the trash from the previous renters was still there. The rental company took care of that early the next day. We will however make a return visit using the same rental company. Clearly that was a flike, not to be repeated.

It would have been nice to know…
The main connector road (Glendale) to Garrett Highway from our rental was closed and has been for months. Every time we needed to go for groceries, boating, dinner, we had a 12 minute drive to get to the intersection that we could literally see from the entrance to the neighborhood, .2 miles away. It would have been nice to have been told this so I could have made an informed decision. We had six people and so every time we went anywhere, two cars had to take this route. The house itself was beautiful and well appointed. Would stay there again once the road is open.

Lake Escape
Very nice rental. Lots of space and amenities. Really great kitchen and comfortable living areas.
Liked the gravel walking path around community and fire pit (didn't use pit though)
Door key pad was temperamental. Sometimes took a few tries to get it to be visible. Near end of stay the key pad said battery needed to be replaced, so that must have been the issue.
Some of the beds were very comfortable, others not (bedroom behind kitchen was very uncomfortable)
There was a lot of dust (on all window blinds, under furniture, especially). If you have allergies, this is a problem.
It would have also been helpful to have an instruction for the TV remotes in each space and indication of switches or where remotes for ceiling fans were located.
