Main Bedroom: king bed
Second bedroom: twin bunk bed
Kitchen: fully equipped - fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, blender, crockpot, new high end pots and pans, dishes, glasses, etc. There is no dishwasher.
Bathroom: shower and vanity
Living Room: gravity fed pellet stove, Roku TV
Dining Area: table with 6 chairs

Guest Access:

Downstairs studio unit will not be booked by other guests during your stay, but the owners may stay there on occasion.

Other Things to Note:
This is a very quiet close-knit neighborhood. The cabin would be a perfect place to relax after a long day or hiking or outdoor adventures. It is not a good fit if you are looking for a place to play loud music (prohibited by the HOA) or party.
Wild life is present in the area. Please be mindful with your trash and never leave any trash on the porch or outside. Trash service is not available in Sugar Pine. You are welcome to pack your trash out as you leave or leave it bagged inside and we will take care of it.

Interaction with Guests:
Owners occasionally stays in lower floor apartment, but most likely we will not be around during your stay. I am available on the Airbnb chat between 9 am and 10 pm. In the event of a problem, a local manager will be dispatched.
