The open concept living room features a cathedral ceiling and large transom windows to let in plenty of sun. The spacious wooden dining table seats six, with seating for an additional four at the adjacent breakfast bar. This space is fully stocked with the essential kitchen tools you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the large walk-in pantry provides plenty of space for your groceries.

The full bathroom provides a step-in shower.

Outside, a comfortable patio area under the house is situated within the fenced backyard and is furnished with a sectional and dining-height table, along with additional bench seating. Food and drink prepared in the kitchenette can be conveniently delivered directly to this area via a pass-through window with a roll up metal shutter. A gas grill is provided for your group's bar-b-que master, and the private hot tub is located in the grassy fenced backyard along with a firepit.

Above this space, you'll find a comfortable grouping of patio furniture on the screened back deck, a protected perch where you can enjoy an evening cocktail while keeping an eye on the kids playing below.
