Whether or not you are Captain of your own Boat, you can be Captain of this Cottage. With a Fenced-In Backyard, Captain’s Cottage is both Pet & Kid Friendly. I



Enter the Front Door to an Open Concept Living Area, Dining Table & Kitchen. Just Beyond the Kitchen is a Secondary Living Area. All TVs are Smart TVs on which you can Stream your Favorite Shows. In the Front Living Area is a Comfortable Sofa wtih Two Chairs, TV, Coffee Table for Playing Games/Assembling Puzzles. The Dining Table Seats 8; Kitchen Bar Seats 2 & the Pass-Through to the Kitchen from the Back Living Area Seats 2. The Kitchen is Stocked with Everything you need to Create Delicious Meals. Small Appliances include Drip Coffee Maker, Electric Hot Water Pot, Blender, 2 Slice Toaster, Food Processor, Hand Mixer & Electric Can Opener. Next to the Stove is a Revolving Rack with all the Most Commonly Used Spices. Add a little Char to that Dinner Flavor using the Propane Grill. Dine Alfresco at the Picnic Table in the Backyard. Step down into the Secondary Living Area with Lots of Natural Light Shining in through the Many Windows Overlooking the Back. Plenty of Open Floor Space for Kids to Play.

Several of the Bedroom Lamps have Built-In USB Ports. Right off the Kitchen is the Laundry Room with Stacked Full-Sized Washer/Dryer. All iTrip Properties have a Complementary “First Night Essentials” Bag. Unlike Many Local Rental Homes, Beds will be Made with Fresh Sheets when you Arrive. No Need to Strip the Beds at the End of your Stay. Also, with iTrip, Sheets & Towels (Kitchen & Bath) are Provided at No Extra Cost.

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.
