The primary bedroom is privately located on one side of the home, while the two additional bedrooms are on the opposite side, ensuring comfort and privacy. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with coastal decor to enhance the beach vibe, making every stay memorable. Enjoy the convenience of a large outdoor shower, carport area, and a fully fenced yard, perfect for pets or outdoor activities. Dogs are welcome, so bring your furry friend along for the fun! Whether you're soaking up the sun, strolling the shore, or unwinding in the breezy décor, this home is the perfect escape for making lasting memories.

Ground Level:
Covered, off-street, paved parking. Outdoor hot and cold shower with private dressing area, full fencing for privacy, and extra seating for guests.

Level 2:
Screened-in Porch:  Featuring outdoor dining with a ceiling fan, cushioned outdoor seating vignette, shade & privacy curtains. 
Living Room: Open spaced with dining table, queen-sized sleeper sofa, and access to the kitchen to bring the whole family together. 
Dining: Open floor plan dining inside the second floor with outside dining on the screened porch. 
Kitchen: refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped for cooking meals at home.
Primary Bedroom Suite: King-sized bed with desk and Smart TV
Primary Ensuite Bath: Spacious Shower with double vanity and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with Smart TV 
Shared Hallway Bath: Full Bathroom w/ Tub/Shower
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with Smart TV  

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Golf Carts are prohibited at this property.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off-Season Check-Ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check Out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
*Electronic entry. You will be provided a code before check-in.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor's/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No Smoking

Pet Policy: Dogs are Allowed. The first Pet fee is included. One additional dog is allowed with an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Things To Do:
Oak Island is known for its golden sand beaches, calming blue waters, friendly community, and proximity to the cities of Southport, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach. There are many cute island coffee shops, stores, breweries, and a park that showcases a splash pad for summer fun! With a beautiful Golf Club open to summer travelers and over 100 public water access points, there is an abundance of all things adventurous to do on Oak Island! 

If you'd like to keep your fitness routine going while on vacation, you can get an out-of-town Gym pass at Oak Island Recreation Center. Utilize the Rec Center's ample parking, put in at the Kayak ramp, and spend hours kayaking our beautiful marshes.  Sit on the lawn and enjoy a night off cooking at our Weekly Friday night "Summer Concert In The Park" with a couple of local food truck options at this family-centric Live Music event. Beach Day takes place in Oak Island on the Friday before July 4th and features all-day activities followed by fireworks on the island that evening.

Visit Historic Southport, a seafaring town just five miles from our island, for a bigger nightlife. Southport, at the confluence of the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean, features a variety of different restaurants, bars, live music and shopping. It is one of our favorite places to walk around and check out different food and live music on the weekends. There are free parking options all over town, and you can easily walk to dozens of places while enjoying the breeze from the riverfront and admiring historic homes and general store buildings that date back to the early 1800s. Southport's State Fourth of July Festival is a three-day street fair with artists from all over the state, vendors, and food. It is truly like being in an Andy Griffith episode with the parade and grand finale fireworks show over the riverfront in Southport.
