Every detail is brand new—from the furnishings and décor to the appliances—creating a fresh, upscale feel throughout. Step outside to your in-ground pool, unwind at the poolside bar, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A convenient shed stocked with beach gear and toys makes beach days easy and fun.

Den/Bedroom - Queen size sleeper sofa

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, the outdoor pool, the poolside bar area, and the storage shed. Nothing is shared—enjoy the property exclusively and make yourself at home.

Note: Ring Doorbell security cameras are installed at the front and rear entry doors, as well as in the carport

Fresh Linens: Professionally laundered bed linens are provided for every bed, as well as bath towels are provided for every guest. For your peace of mind, linens and towels arrive freshly cleaned and sealed in individual packages. Packaged linen and towel bundles will be placed on corresponding beds.

Pack-N-Play: We have 1 Graco pack-and-play for our guests to use. Please bring your own sheets and linens that will make your little one comfortable.

Beach Towels: Please bring your own beach towels. Hooks are located around the outdoor shower space for them to dry off after a fun day at the beach.
