Plenty of beach equipment was provided - chairs, boards, towels, bikes, etc. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Lots of space. We planned on 6 adults, but only ended up with 4. Plenty of real beds and we would have had room for the extra 2 adults. Easy to communicate with the owner. Since there was no one chexking in on our last day, she let us stay past the check out ...
