This is the text I sent property manager upon leaving. I waited to hear back how they handled the issues 2 weeks out and they did not verify that the cleaning staff had improved the cleaning, broken things fixed, and would not compensate for having to clean the house for 2 hours ourselves. I texted property manager We had a nice stay. It is a nice house and a great location. I did not text about the house before because we were on vacation and it would not have been restful for our family. We just had a death in the family and needed to be together. Mainly the house needs to have a deep clean. It was not even barely cleaned when we got there. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. There are many areas that need deferred maintenance and it you don't take care of them then it could become significant problems. We have rentals ourselves so understand all this. HOUSE SUGGESTIONSDRYER NEEDS REPAIR, terrible noise(Can’t be in house with it on)Door into master bedroom upstairs: the door is loose on the hinges and is dragging on the floor There should be a working hot water faucet in the main bath upstairs CLEANING: Clean all floors, including under couches and bedsCouches had dust, hair balls, trash, and dirt under them Windowsills were very dirtyView windows in dining room and living room were very dirty. Washed them to enjoy view. Kitchen breaker tripped whenever we used more than one appliance towels and sheets were not clean, they had hair in them and stains
