Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the owner's locked storage room.

– The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.

– The outdoor fireplace is currently out of service and unavailable during your stay.



For your safety, please avoid leaning against the fence near the cliff's edge and refrain from getting too close to the edge. The area is not designed for support, and approaching the edge could pose a risk. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

To keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, the home is smoke-free (including vaping). Any violation will result in a $250 cleaning fee

Pet Policy: **While our standard policy is no pets allowed; we do permit authorized pets for a fee of $100 per pet per stay.

If you’d like to arrive early, we may be able to accommodate for $75 + tax, subject to availability. Check-ins before 1:00 PM require an extra night. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll do our best to help.
