I am sorry you were confused about what you booked. We have clear pictures of all of our accommodations on the booking site. Each one having its own pictures so we have no confusion to most guests. Our reviews are always stating that are rooms are neat and clean, which we strive for. We also offer a very budget friendly stay for this area. Rooms in this area average more than 350 a night during ski season. This reservation was 150. I am glad that we could accommodate your budget. Safe travels.

Sorry you did not have a 5 star experience. We are a small mountain town and we were having a big snow storm. Snow will affect the dish reception so the tv and internet are slowed during those times. Hope you will try us again this summer!

Thank you for staying with us. Our manager was able to point you to the wifi information that was provided in the room. The lighting in the kitchenette is on a remote located in that area and we provide a kitchen towel not paper towel so there is not so much waste. We are a small boutique motel outside of Steamboat Springs and our prices reflect that. We try to have a very Clean Comfortable Affordable room. Hopefully your next experience will be better.

Thank you for your feedback, it is very valuable to us. As you can see on our website and expedia, there is no amenities on site. Management, lives on site, granted we have to leave the house to run errands and get stuff done. We are also a contact less check in and text check-in information morning of, which is texted from the Lodges Cell phone. If you need anything at all, a phone call or a text we are happy to help if we aren't currently on property.

That is where you can contact us at any point in time for the duration of your stay. If you had needed anything we would have been happy to help in any way.

We are very sorry, we had a mechanical issue. This happens very infrequently . If you would have let us know we would have provided an extra room heater. Hope you try us again!
