It is located in the historical town of Oak Bluffs high on a hill that over looks the boat harbor during the day and an amazing view of the nigh time sky while nestled around tall trees that protects the beautiful cottage known as “Pernell’s Perch”

This cottage offers many amenities such as 3 upper stairs bedrooms, including a Master bedroom with a full bathroom. A 2nd bedroom that has access to a porch where there is a screened in porch or an open area where you can sit outside and enjoy an evening breeze and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom. that has a queen bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, cupboard space, coffee machine, microwave, and a toaster and air fryer. The outside shed has a washer/dryer which is available for your laundry needs.

The large main living area is beautifully decorated with art of Martha’s Vineyard and has plenty of space for socializing, dining, and family gatherings. There is a large screen wall mounted TV in the living room, another TV in the downstairs bedroom, and 1 in one of the upstairs bedrooms also have televisions. The cottage is equipped with Wifi for your computer, cell phone, and cable television for your viewing.

Pernell’s Perch has 2 attached porches (1 on the front and 1 on the back) which is a staple of a cottage on Martha’s Vineyard.
