Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer weitläufigen Anlage was einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen intimen Atmosphäre garantiert! Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und freundlich und in bei der Lösung jeglicher Anliegen sehr professionell! Kurzum wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und empfehlen diese Hotelanlage mit ruhigem Gewissen gern weiter !

Für zwei Tage den Genuss eines neuen Hotels, fast fertig, fast leer, traumhaft. Wenn jetzt noch die Abläufe abgestimmt werden und alles an seinen Platz kommt, dann kann dies eine Traumlocation werden. Ich wünsche allen Beteiligten alles Gute.

Samabe is akin to the feeling of being home. Safe, peaceful, comfortable and happy. The staff are there when you need them and you are left in luxurious privacy the other time. I highly recommend the unlimited benefits add-on: all and anything you want to eat or drink on their menus and a signature activity per day. Every member of staff at Samabe greeted us, they are well trained in mannars and hospitality. Samabe uses an e-butler WhatsApp group that you can communicate your wants to. This functions highly well to get your message across without being understood in person which I found a lot in the rest of Bali! More perks include a laundry service, private beach for Samabe guests, ample water activities free to try (kayak, stand up paddle board, kite surf, catamaran rides) the beach area is well though of and has areas of shady open shelters under trees as well parasol and deck chairs for those wanting the sun. The beach is sloped and the sand is coarse but there are pockets of soft sand in the water (just have to find them) for more opulence you can use their beach front cabanas. I wish I knew they had a range of boardgames as these would have given some fun variety for playing while eating some lunch or dinner. A warning though, you will will want to stay within the resort to relax and not venture out! When reasonable Samabe are considerate in keeping you happy. Special mention to Kadek at Galangal Spa, she is a sweet and joyous lady! We want to see her when we return!

The hospitality at this property is unparalleled to any other place Ive stayed. Not only do you have access to private beachfront, fine dining options and amazing suites/villas; but you’re also surrounded by incredibly caring and thoughtful staff. The e-butler curates responses to the specific guests at the resort and restaurant staff not only remember you but also know your meal preferences and strive to ensure you have the perfect experience possible on a daily basis. It’s a no brainer this is a must visit resort in Bali

The ocean view as well as all the gardens are like a paradise. The resort is like a heaven. The staffs are like angels. You can rest assured. Samabe is the place to stay!
This hotel property is a must stay! When we arrived, we were greeted right at the door and escorted to a waiting area where we received welcome snacks, drinks, and even massages. The property is pristine and stunning. Every turn left us a little more speechless than the scene before. The check-in process was seamless and we were graciously giving an upgrade to the penthouse suite. Some of the highlights of this property are house spread out. Things are so you feel like you’re at your own private place. Lots of room for plenty of people to enjoy without feeling overcrowded. The E Butler feature through WhatsApp, is your one stop shop for any questions, reservations, and pretty much anything else you need. This is the first time I’ve seen this at a property and I hope that it catches on around the world. We enjoyed cooking classes, an amazing birthday meal, and a day at the beach in one of the cabanas. This place knows how to treat a customer! We were booked on a redeye flight out of Bali, and the hotel was gracious enough to let us stay until 6 PM in our room. Talk about a late check out! Never did I expect this, but I so much appreciated it, and for that reason alone, I will definitely be back to this property.

We wanted somewhere quiet with sea view as a break from the daily city life and Samabe is the place. We love how spacious the suite rooms are and the million dollar view. We could just live here. Basic package includes breakfast, afternoon tea and non-alcoholic drinks. It is so convenient as you can just order whatever you want wherever you are. The e-butler service is wonderful, just whatsapp them and they will attend to it immediately. Buggy service is easily available too. Swimming pool area are mostly quiet and there is a bar to get your drinks. It is so relaxing to just chill and watch the waves. Beach area is quiet and private. There are free activities such as SUP, wind surfing, kayak and catamaran ride. This is also the area you can have your afternoon tea in the cave. What we appreciate is, you can order breakfast and afternoon tea and have them in your room, by the pool or beach. This is really nice as sometimes you just want to sleep in late or just enjoy the room. F&B options are limited to two restaurants. We stayed for a week and after three days we were bored. But it is on the same stretch as Kempinski, Ritz and Mulia, so its easy to just grab/gojek to have lunch/dinner there. Overall we loved our stay here and would love to come back again. We appreciate the staffs attentiveness and friendliness. The only thing we wish for is to have better and more varied F&B options. Oh be sure to use the free photo service! its amazing. Just pay for the ones you choose.

Highly recommend Samabe if you need a relaxing luxurious holiday. Service and Staff: The service should be given a score of 11/10. The team goes above and beyond your expectations to deliver a world class experience. Any request made, was attended to in seconds literally through the E-butler service. They noted our dietary requirements on day 1 and the team members knew the details the moment we gave our room number. They made extra efforts to accommodate our dietary requirements. We had minimal hiccups with the AC acting up in our room. The team responded promptly and upgraded us without any hesitation and also subsequently waived some of the charges for the stay. The staff was always smiling and courteous. Food: One of the best culinary experiences we have had in a long time. The food was outright 5 star quality and every cuisine hit the spot. There was no dish that missed the top notch taste. The head chef came and spoke to us to accommodate our vegetarian requirement, and generously made modifications to the menu. They served a massive buffet breakfast with options of additional ala carte. Throughout our stay, the minibar in the room was free and refilled daily. Afternoon tea was free and served with a multitude of mini hot, cold and sweet treats. The tea, coffee, soft drinks and mocktails were unlimited and free anywhere, anytime in the resort. 崖っぷちのフルオーシャンビューの部屋を利用しましたが、ロケーションが最高でした。プライベートプールがついており、青と緑の海を眺め、ビーチからは波の音が聞こえ、昼寝しながら小鳥の声が聞こえ、非日常を十分に味わいました。 食事も持ってきてもらえるし、レストランで食べてもいい。食事もおいしいです。 スパも気持ちよくつかわせてもらいました。ルームでもできるし、スパの施設でもできます。スパの施設を利用しましたが、とても広くて気持ちよいです。 年末イベントもあり、演劇を見に行かせてくれたり、カウントダウンパーティもあり楽しかったです。 とにかく、部屋のロケーションが最高でした。海が好きな人は絶対におすすめです。

It is an amasing place. Everywhere is kept immaculate including the landscaping which is beautiful. All the suites and villas are gorgeous. You really do feel like your in paradise. Loved it! Very nice hotel in Nusa Dua. Although beach is separated from hotel front but easily access via beach lift. Room is spacious and clean but quite old. Staffs are extremely attentive. Cave dining is highly recommended.

This is a modern property with 1st class accommodations. The property is well maintained and easy to walk even though it is located on a hillside on a cliff. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will often call you by name. The food was very fresh and had a good selection. If you are participating in the all inclusive, note that alcohol is only included after 5pm. We found it well worth it regardless due to the Signature Activities included in the package. These activities were a highlight of the trip.. included massages, cave dinner, foam parties in the pool, cultural activities, and cooking /bartending classes. We participated in all of them. The activities staff does an excellent job. Highly recommend this resort. The only callout is the traffic and road construction which made traveling to and from the resort challenging at times given it is on the far corner of the island. This will likely resolve itself once construction is completed. Thank you team Samabe. We will be back!

We stayed in the Ocean Front Pool honeymoon suite for my boyfriend’s birthday and we absolutely loved our experience. The room looked just like the photographs, very large and comfortable. The staff made sure our room was clean and fully stocked daily. From our check in to check out, the staff has been absolutely phenomenal! They add you to a WhatsApp group where they are able to distribute Information as well as take requests. All of the facilities were not fully open (as I believe we were among the first wave of tourists back) however, it never felt like we were lacking in anything. I would definitely recommend this resort and would come back again.

最高の時間を過ごせました
オールインクルーシブで4泊滞在させていただきました。 ウェルカムドリンクからバギーでの部屋までの移動、本当にドキドキワクワクする導入でした。 泊まった部屋はとても広く、トイレも二つ（どちらもウォシュレット）あり、ベッドも大きくて最高でした。 シャワーの水圧もかなり強めまで設定できるところは感激しました。 スタッフの気配りもよく、すれ違う際は笑顔で挨拶してくれたり、プールやプライベートビーチでも本当に気を使ってくれました。 朝食、昼食、夕食も好みの場所（レストランでもビーチでもルームサービスでも）で好きなだけ美味しい料理を食べれて、飲み物も飲み放題で最高でした。 沢山食べて少し太りました（笑） ベッドメイキングはもちろん、タオルの交換も朝食時、夕食時に出かけている間にやってくれていて感動しました。 一日に2回も交換・補充してくれるんだ…！と妻と二人で驚きました。 プライベートビーチも人が少なく、本当にのんびり過ごせました。 選択できる特典のアクティビティも素晴らしく、妻とマッサージを受けたり、洞窟ディナーという貴重な体験をさせていただきました。 とにかく最高の時間を過ごせました。 友達や同僚に薦められますし、また泊まりたいなと心から思えました。 お金が許すならここで暮らしたいです…！ 素晴らしいバカンスをありがとうございました。

The staff here treated us, and everyone else staying at the resort, like royalty. We were on our honeymoon so we got upgraded to a villa with a private pool and it was by far the coolest villa we've ever stayed in (and we travel quite a bit). The food here was great and there are plenty of activities to do for free on the beach through the resort. The pool was amazing as well. They have a shuttle going into town and back several times/day for free so that was really helpful when wanting to get out. Can't recommend enough!
