Sehr schönes Hotel mit Schwächen
Zunächst einmal - tolle Anlage. Tolle Architektur, wunderschöne Gärten mit eingebundenem Tempel, gepflegt, schöne Pools und sehr gute Zimmer. Leider fällt der Service dagegen deutlich ab. Es gibt sehr viele Angestellte aber leider läuft vieles unkoordinierte. Oft fehlt es einfach an Aufmerksamkeit und Menschenkenntnis. Wenn man z.B. in Strandkleidung vom Pool kommt und im Vorbeigehen einen Restaurantplatz für den Abend buchen will und vom Restaurant recht unhöflich auf die erforderlichen Abendetikette hingewiesen wird finde ich das schon merkwürdig. Wahrscheinlich hat das Resort teilweise Probleme mit seiner Klientel. Wenn im Zimmer mindestens 10 Hinweise der Art "keine nassen Sachen auf den Lampenschirm legen", "Bademantel im Zimmer lassen", "Beschädigungen und Rotweinflecken sind zu bezahlen" .... ist das für ein 5-Sterne-Haus zumindest befremdlich.

Why I never would book The Mulia, again Bali
CHECK IN: We used to trvel to Bali many times. This time we booked 5 nights Beach View Suite. Fotos show full beach view. Decreption told full beach view. 1.500 Euro we paid for full beach view. But there gave room without beach view at all. There told if we go to the front on balcony and turn your face to right then you see ocean. We dont accept. After 3 hour checkin we got room but if you go to the front of window you can see partially oceam. We not accept. 24h hour after checkin and after appointment with Hotel Manager Brain we got the book we booked. Also I saw 4 times the same situation with other guest. Only the want to give room with ocean view like booked if you pay at reception upgrade. From us there ask 13 MIO IDR more like we payed alredy. LOCATION: The Mulia looked like GHOST TOWN. 750 rooms but almost no guests. Seems like a death town.For all you have to go long distance and you will meet almost nobody just stuff. OCEAN: Not easy to swimm in ocean in front of The Mulia. To much algen plants and plasic in ocean. Better public beach 1km away where the locals swimming. POOL: The Pools are only 1m deep. So not usable for swimming just for splash BALCONY: Smoking on Balcony is not allowed but there tell not in front of booking or during checkin There are many 5 * Resort beachfront in Nusa Dua. Better we choice other Premium Hotel next time because Nusa dua can be so beatiful.

Super komfortables Strandhotel
Sehr schönes und großes Hotel direkt am Strand. Am Anfang verläuft man sich öfter mal. Sehr viele Pools & Bars.

Tolles Hotel
Bis auf das Zimmer war alles hervorragend, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend meines Erachtens aber nicht so gemütlich, dass ist aber Geschmacksache ... das Personal und der Service ist super. Frühstücksbuffet unvergleichlich, rießengroß sehr viel Auswahl und einfach lecker. Fitnessberreich sehr gut. Das Hotel ist ein wenig außerhalb , da wir aber mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs waren, war das kein Problem. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen !!!

Hotel was great: new, modern, great atmosphere and great food (even the dinner buffets were fantastic and not overly expensive). Room was great but not cleaned perfectly; there were old fingerprints on the glass bathroom door which were kinda gross, and spots on the glass wall separating the bathroom. Not a big deal but not perfection either. Room service was great; cleaners came in 2 times every day, always timed perfectly when we were out. Breakfast service a bit slow on the drinks and they kept clearing the plates with forks and knives so that we would have to ask for new ones, which took ages to get. The beach was very calm, no waves and plenty of seaweed and small stones, so swimming wasn't possible. Night club was empty Saturday night until 11. We had to leave because the bass was much too static, was hurting our ears.

Sehr guter, neuer Hotelkomplex. Wirkt mit wenig Gästen in der Nebensaison leer. Doch das Personal ist immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

ホテルの設計は全体的に自然にマッチしていて、広々と、気を遣わずにリラックスできるパプリックスペースも多く、レストランも美味しかったです。特にソレイユ、室内外とも良かった！ また、スタッフたちの接客は素晴らしかったです。

Fantastic resort, with a little but...
Mulia Resort is an amazing experience in most aspects! There are still some parts of the soft product that can be improved. Almost all staff wearing facemasks at this point feels very cold and gives me a constant reminder of the sad past we had. Service is correct, but lacks warmth, compared to most other hotels in Bali, ive visited during my 30 days here. Buffet at The Cafe is magical, so i didnt have time to check the other restaurant in the resort. As a returning guest at the hotel and gold member at Hotels.com i was hoping for a room with a view, but sadly the backside isnt much to brag about. But all in all, i didnt pay for extra view, but still was hoping for a nice view. Room itself was excellent and the bed could fit a queen, im sure.

Our stay at the Mulia Villas was relaxing and enjoyable. The Villa exceeded expectations & was a comfortable & relaxing space to spend time in. The resort offered many dining, drinking, swimming & relaxing spaces to enjoy. The treatments at the spa were wonderful. The staff in all areas were welcoming, polite, friendly and very accommodating. Especially enjoyed the Living Room. This was a truly relaxing holiday with no real need to leave the resort. Looking forward to returning there again.

I first stayed at the Mulia ten years ago and it was outstanding then. Fast forward 10 years and it is still magnificent the best hotel in Bali. However I do believe that a few mini things need to be addressed. Firstly We we’re celebrating our engagement in Soleil restaurant, food was great but service not so good. We hadn’t finished our entree when out came the main meal. I said we need 15 minutes and they gave us 3 minutes. The second was we walked into the bottom area of the hotel that looks over the beach. When I asked a waitress can we have a table for a afternoon drink I was informed that we are not allowed in that area of the hotel and we must leave now. It wasn’t a nice start on our first day at the Mulia. The rest of the stay outstanding.

Has to work on better service during breakfast especially when the hotel has high occupancy as people waited in queues in the mornings just for a table and their restaurant manager was very rude when we raised this to him, telling us that we should come at opening time so as to get a breakfast table if we don’t want to wait, rather then being courteous and trying to figure out a ln easier process to avoid people waiting, he opted to give his personal suggestion.

Do not book through Expedia. Poor communication, no confirmation of booking requst. Booked and paid for King size bed. Got two single beds. Best to book directly with resort.
