"The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me . "We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...

"Thanks so much Carine we had a wonderful holiday in your fantastic villa. The covered pool was brilliant, plus hot tub, pool table and outdoor table tennis really enjoyed by all. Villa spacious and very clean. Great location close to local bakers and butchers. We really enjoyed visiting La Rochelle, Chatelaillon-Plage and local restaurants (Le rochebonne and mussel/burger bar on beach-thanks for the recommendations). Really would recommend this villa and hope to be back soon. Thanks again"

"We had a most wonderful stay at this beautiful well equipped house. I hadn’t realised the 4th bedroom is actually in a self contained separate pool house with en-suite bathroom which was just perfect for my parents. Only suggestion would be to put a TV in there if possible. The kitchen was really well equipped and like a home from home. The living room and dining area was spacious and comfortable. The garden with pool area was brilliant - I actually think the photos on the VRBO site don’t do...

"We had a wonderful holiday in Rivedoux-Plage together with the extended family, and the house and property was perfect for all of us. The children played in the pool the whole week, and we all enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area for relaxation and social dinners. The clean and nice beaches close by were also very popular. And not to forget the wonderful local oysters! I will highly recommend this property, and hope to come back one day."
