"Schöne Tage im Saigon Majestic Hotel. Es ist ein wunderschönes französisches Kolonialhotel erbaut 1925 Es ist elegant und stilvoll. Die Lage am Saigon River ist ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Beim Check-in mussten wir 45 Minuten warten und haben erst auf Nachfrage unser Zimmer beziehen können. Der Mitarbeit versäumte es uns die Zimmerkarte zu geben.
Trotz Buchung von Late Check-out kamen wir am letzten Tag nach 12:00 nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Die Karte mußte neu freigeschaltet werden. Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im Bad hätten wir uns eine Dusche gewünscht, man musste über einen Tritt in die Wanne krabbeln, der Duschschlauch ist auch viel zu kurz.
Aufgrund seiner Lage an einem Verkehrsknotenpunkt und die schlecht gedämmten Fenster hört man den Verkehr die ganza Nacht, da helfen nur Ohrstöpsel. Das Frühstück ist ok.

"Please be cautioned. We, arriving 2 adults 2 kids (12/14) booked room with 4 beds, but got room with sigle sofabed and were asked to stay 3 in the double bed. That was not what we asked for.
The room was not ready at arrival, even booked several days in advance and arrived at 2200 housekeeping still had to make the sofabed.
This is not at all what we are used from Accor hotels.
The bed linen on sofa-bed had stains. The "family" room was located at 10th floor and view was at boring backjard/building
