The staff is very friendly, and though quite limited in their knowledge of english, they did all their best to help us and we always ended with a solution. The room (twin bed non-smoker) was quite big compared to Japan standards, and perfectly clean and airy. „We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that!
