Clean with things to improve
"The overall stay was good, however, two things have to be critiqued during our stay: the breakfast is really nothing to get excited about and we know that there is not too much to be expected in a three star hotel. Secondly, the walls are thinner than usual we would say."

"Nice location. House was clean. Beds were comfy. The only things that we can suggest is to check the simple stuff i.e.. Bathrooms upstairs needs handsoap, light above kitchen sink was burned out. Three big spiders were in the basement bedroom. .awwww Random clattering when sitting in the upstairs ..."
