On chillier evenings, nestle into the sumptuous sofas while watching a film on the Smart television, as the cast iron gas stove crackles. A combined dining area with seating for two guests completes this floor.

Climb the winding stairs to arrive into the handsomely appointed spacious master bedroom. Within a short car journey, North Norfolk's numerous sandy beaches can be reached. Only twenty minutes by car, Wroxham, a gateway to the Norfolk Broads, is located.
