„Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt 10 Tage.
Zwischendurch hat es mit der Reinigung nur bedingt geklappt. Leider waren wir in diesem Fall nicht zu 100% Zufrieden. Für uns war morgens und abends kein Manager zusprechen bzw. vor Ort. Wir hätten uns auch über schriftliche Mitteilung des Managements gefreut es gab jedoch keine Reaktion.
Schade Hampton Inn steht sonst für Perfektion.“

„When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day.
Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful.
Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location.
Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast."
Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on ...

„The staff is friendly, and the suites are spacious and adequately equippped. A room cleaning was arranged after two days, although NO such cleaning had been scheduled (for a four-day stay). Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient.“

„Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant.
However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy.“

„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
