The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The master bedroom has no dresser so you get drawers under the bed. one night stand that makes one of the drawers unusable. We ended up with piles of clothes on the floor.
