„Sign in bathroom states that room will be make up every 2 days. Didn't happened. Went to front desk to get towels assuming that we will get fresh ones when the room is made up. I was told room service has to be requested. So I did and next morning after breakfast I requested that the room to be made up again and she wrote my room number down on a pad. Surprised the next night that room didn't get made up. Had to run to front desk to get roll of toilet paper cos we ran out. So we stayed 4 nights ...

„Unterkunft selbst war gut. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Verkehrgünstig gelegen und nur wenige Minuten von Old Sacramento entfernt. Lediglich der Check-In ist stark verbesserungswürdig. wir hatten das Gefühl dass Gäste, die über Expedia/Hotels.com gebucht haben, nicht unbedingt erwünscht sind.“
