Charming family home less than 10 min from I-80

About this space
Welcome to our spacious home. We invite you to enter a wonderful home with open living area. Cozy up on the couch and watch your favorite Netflix shows with the local fastest streaming internet or sit back and watch the fireplace dance. Cook in your own stocked kitchen. Sink into the soft bed after seeing our local sites Bailey Yard, Buffalo Bill's Ranch, or the Canteen district downtown. Don't forget the large front porch for that morning cup of coffee. Or relax on the back patio by the fire.
The space
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs the first has a queen, second a queen and the third is the nursery with crib and portable crib. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. Downstairs you’ll find the laundry room small family room and 4th bed room with 3 full beds making it sleep 12 double occupancy. We do want to note that the ceilings in the basement are low please watch your heads. Those who are 6' or taller would be more comfortable in the upstairs bedrooms.
Guest access
The neighborhood is fairly quiet, it is a block away from the train track so you may hear some train noise. You're not far from downtown dining and shopping to the east or a small shopping area with a grocery store to the west.
Other things to note
We have teamed up with the local ice cream shop Double Dips located in the Canteen district. With your stay you will receive a discount coupon for 10%off. Double Dips it's a cute little ice cream shop that has fabulous flavors of ice cream & old fashioned shakes too. She also has wonderful baked goods and homemade fudge.
