Overall the property was fine, but there were problems. The first problem was that on the day before arrival they are supposed to send you an entry gate code. They didn't, so that required a call to Vacasa. There were several maintenance issues with the property. The Master Bathroom toilet kept topping off every few minutes all day long. One of the guest room door hinges was severely damaged with nails and screws exposed. One of the guest room bathroom light fixtures disconnected from the ceiling shattering the bulb cover on the bathroom floor. Fortunately the four of us were at a golf course when that happened. We cleaned up the shattered fixture upon getting back to the Condo. The Condo has no can opener and only provides one dish towel and one dish rag. On the last day, one of the guest toilets began leaking around the base. After returning from dinner one evening we could not get back into the Condo. For some reason the door code expired. I called the Vacasa and emergency phone number and they gave us a new code. Not sure why that happened. I notified Vacasa about all of these maintenance issues as they occurred via the text line. They were always quick in advising that they would notify the "local team"; however none of these issues were addressed during our week stay. I am very surprised some of these weren't noticed prior to our visit, and were not already addressed. I will say that the 24/7 Vacasa contact number is a great feature.
