Starting with negatives:This listing is not leased directly by the owner but by a property management (Elliot properties).Check in hour is not 3pm but whenever the property is “cleaned”. We got the keys around 4pm and were told not to enter till we receive a text message that the property was ready (we received the text at 6:15 pm). Clean ment the property only had the trash removed, the dishes done and toilets only cleaned the rest was a real mess not even vacuumed, had a smoking smell, pizza stains in all chair seat covers at dining table and not even washed bed blankets. We spend hours vacuuming, washing and drying blankets, pillows, seat covers and mopping floors. So night one was cleaning half of the house the rest was cleaned the next day. Doors and windows seemed to have been never cleaned or painted.Pool pictures uploaded are deceiving: pools are small for the building size and were always crowded. ( main pool size 12x30 jacuzzi 6’x4’, and lazy river area was about the size of the main pool. Pool patio area is also small and can be expanded into the grass area which was prohibited. Building stucco finish above pool area needs repair as it was about 4 stories high and was falling apart. Common bathrooms on p1 level definitely in bad shape and a bit far/ inconvenient from pool area. Unit has a good size and layout but besides that it needs upgrades from doors to kitchen to appliances, light fixtures. Flooring was new.The goods: location, views, unit size
