Our huge living space has it all.  With a modern open floor plan, it`s perfect for everyone to hang out in style.  The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.  The dining table is in this open area as well as a spacious L-shape couch ideal for catching up with friends or watching TV

The spacious design, hard flooring, and great art work are just a few of the touches that make the home so inviting. 

The beach is a short 3 minute walk from the house.  Coming home from the beach? You`ll also be able to wash off any sand at outdoor shower by the pool!

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
