This stylist four-bedroom, three-bathroom ocean view condo offers an amazing balcony, updated master bathroom and plenty of upgrades. You are sure to find your next home away from home as soon as you enter. The ocean view living room is tiled and has leather furniture and stylish curtains around the sliding doors that lead to your private balcony. The tile floors run into a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with access to the gorgeous balcony with plenty of outdoor seating. The second room has a queen bed while the other two bedrooms have two queens. Mar Vista Grande is a perennial top resort on the Grand Strand. Mar Vista Grande guests will enhance their beach vacation with ample resort amenities provided by a large indoor pool, large outdoor pool with shallow wading area, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, sun deck, and fitness center, all just footsteps from the ocean. Walking distance from the famous Main Street, Mar Vista Grande is at the center of what a vacation to the Grand Strand is all about. Activity is year round on Main Street; enjoy grooving the night away to the state dance, The Shag, or walk down to catch a free summer concert at the Horseshoe while the kids enjoy the seasonal oceanfront amusement park.

Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay.

Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction
