You will be blown away by this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom apartment located in the highly sought-after complex of Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is perfect for a large family or a group looking to stay together in the same unit. It will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Upon arrival, guests will enter through the oversized kitchen. The kitchen features a large dining table, along with several dining chairs and bar stools. There is plenty of seating for everyone. Guests will enjoy full-sized stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and ample cabinetry stocked with all the basic cookware and kitchen essentials. One of the main highlights of the kitchen is the oversized fridge and freezer. It's perfect for storing food and beverages for a group of 10. The kitchen also features granite countertops, and a small balcony is accessible from the kitchen area.

As you make your way through the condo, you'll find a total of four bedrooms. Each bedroom includes its own closet, dresser, and full-size bathroom. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:

Bedroom 1: One queen bed with a TV and ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity, sink, and tub/shower combo
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds with a wall-mounted TV and ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity, sink, and tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3: One queen bed with a TV and ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity, sink, and tub/shower combo
Bedroom 4 (Master): One king bed, with a sliding barn door leading to the bathroom, which features double sinks and a large tile shower

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also supply starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Centrally located within the apartment is a laundry and utility closet equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. There is also a half bathroom located in the hallway.

At the front of the condo is the main living area. This condo features two separate living spaces, making it the perfect setup for a large group. Both living areas are fully furnished, and one includes a wet bar. Please note that the beverages shown in the photos are not included in the rental. Guests will have access to two large sofas, accent chairs, an entertainment center, a TV with cable, and access to the private balcony.

Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is a small ocean-view complex located directly across the street from the beach. The complex offers a small outdoor pool and free parking. Guests love being able to walk across the street and access the beach without having to drive. We offer free Wi-Fi and cable TV in the living room. As mentioned earlier, all towels and linens are provided. Guests will arrive to freshly made beds and fully stocked bathrooms, including eight towels and eight washcloths. Unlike many other rentals in the area, there is no charge for towels or linens.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any smoking will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit. Please note that Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas does not allow boats or trailers. The property is located approximately 25 minutes from central Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the famous SkyWheel. Nearby attractions include Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats.

Please note: Parking is first come, first served. Guests will be provided with only two parking passes for this unit. Any additional vehicles will need to find alternative parking. The HOA strictly enforces towing, and we are unable to issue additional parking passes due to HOA rules. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas does not allow motorcycles, boats, or trailers.

This property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old for the reservation to be valid. Guests under 25 are at risk of fines or possible eviction.
