A 7 BR, 5.5 bath home, with spacious 5500 sq ft floorplan, custom poker room, arcade, Golden Tee, private pool, hot tub, putting green, tiki bar, outdoor pingpong, elevator, dedicated office, and so much more! Your whole group will have plenty of room to spread out. Third house from the shoreline, less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Private backyard oasis with stone fence. Classic and modern design elements accent this gorgeous property in the prestigous Tilghman Estates neighborhood in North Myrtle Beach!

Amazing hospitality! We recently opened for reservations and therefore don’t have many reviews just yet, but please view our other property to see our reviews which highlight the level of guest experience that we aim to provide with every stay. We do not use a property management company, so you can communicate directly with us and we always aim to address questions/concerns as quickly as possible. This is our family vacation home so we know the ins/outs well, and are happy to help you!

We host groups with up to 21 total guests. Sleeping options include:

2 Queen Sofa Sleepers (in Office and Sunroom)
1 Twin bed (in king bedroom)

FLOORPLAN & FEATURES:

1st Floor/Ground Level/Outdoor:
- Parking for 7-10+ Cars (including 2-3 in the enclosed carport with garage door), depending on vehicle size
- Private pool, hot tub, water slide, and patio, with tropical palm trees, shade umbrellas, and sun loungers. Note: pool and hot tub can be heated at no additional cost; however, this heating is dependent on outdoor temperatures and thus water temp may be lower during cool seasons.
-Private Putting Green in backyard, with three holes and variable ground elevations.
-Outdoor Breezeway Rec Area: includes Tiki Bar, outdoor furniture, children’s playhouse, large Tic-Tac-Toe game, and ping pong table. Ceiling fans and shade in this space for comfort during warm days.
-Half bath near outdoor space for easy access while enjoying the pool and outdoor spaces
-Water spigot and hose at front of house to wash sand off after the beach
-Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon
-Beach/Pool towels provided
-Pool toys
-Secure storage area for your beach and golf gear, near the garage
-Elevator access, which services all three floors. Note: elevator has 29 inch door opening and max elevator occupancy weight of 500 lb

2nd Floor (Main Level):

-Large living room, with Smart TV and three couches which have reclining backrests and elevated footrests which help you rest your legs after a busy day at the beach/golfing/exploring the area
-Gas fireplace, three-sided. Viewable from living room, dining room, and kitchen
-Huge custom-made dining table, with seating for 12. Also 5 bar stools seated at the kitchen counter. Also bonus dining table with 4 chairs in living room. Finally, three barstools at bar height table in living room. Plenty of dining seating options for your group
-Gorgeous kitchen with natural quartzite countertops and capiz shell chandelier. This kitchen is well-suited for large groups: two sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens, two refrigerators/freezers, one with icemaker, plus a wine/beverage frig. Also a third frig/freezer in lower level. Plenty of pantry shelves to store your food/snacks. Microwave. Stove cooktop.
-Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with: plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, coffee/tea mugs, kid cups and plates, silverware, steak knives, mixing bowls, grill utensils, blender, cookie sheets, pots, pans, crockpot, measuring cups/spoons, cooking utensils, and much more - just ask!
- Coffee bar with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, honey, and more
- Coffeemakers: both drip coffeemaker as well as Keurig

-Office with desk, chair, and couch (queen sofa sleeper, with memory foam mattress). Great for getting some work done or joining a quick Zoom meeting in private

Charging stations (AC, USB-A, USB-C) for your electronic devices are located in every bedroom and also in the living room

WIFI, free. All Smart TVs have multiple streaming service apps, such as Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc (bring your own logins/passwords). We do not have cable/satellite

THINGS TO KNOW:

Pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels are provided. We intentionally offer a variety of plush/firmness in our beds and pillows, so you can select the bedding that suits you best

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, trash liners, as well as some toiletries. Additional supplies beyond this are the responsibility of the guest

We also supply beach/pool towels and beach chairs for your stay. We supply a beach umbrella, but if you prefer a large beach tent, there are local rental companies available

Pool, Water Slide, and Hot Tub
-Pool is a salt water pool, which can be heated if desired, at no additional cost. There is a shallow area for toddlers and/or lounging, as well as the main pool area. No diving
-The waterslide can be turned on using a quick button near the pool
-Pool and hot tub are available year-round, but the amount that the pool and hot tub can be heated depends on the current outdoor temps. There is no additional charge for pool or hot tub heating, but since this is dependent on the outdoor temps, specific heated temperatures cannot be guaranteed
-Also, please note that the hot tub, being connected to the pool water circulation, will initially be at the same temperature as the pool, but can be heated using a button near the pool. Depending on starting water temp, this will take a varying amount of time to heat up

Check-in. 4:00 pm (Eastern). You will receive a personalized door code prior to your arrival, valid for your rental dates. We generally cannot offer an early checkin, as our cleaning team needs that time to prepare the home. However, we will let you know if the home is ready early!

Checkout. 10:00 am (Eastern). Sorry, no late checkouts. Our cleaner needs time to prepare the home for the next guest. If the guest does not vacate the property by 10:00 AM ET on day of departure, late fee penalties will be applied

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the home. You will incur an additional charge if any evidence of smoking is found. If smoking outside, please keep house doors closed and properly dispose of any waste

NO PETS

MAX OCCUPANCY. Max of 21 guests are allowed on the property, which may not be exceeded at any point during your stay

For security, the home is equipped with outdoor video surveillance

Please note this home is in a tropical location and although we have regular pest control, bugs may get inside, especially when there are doors opening/closing. If you happen to notice any insects in the home during your stay, please reach out to me and I will address it promptly

The cancellation policy is in effect upon booking. If an official mandatory evacuation is ordered for our area, we will refund the reservation for any affected nights. We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance which offers coverage for cancellation due to illness, weather, or other events that could impact your trip

All guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement
