We want guests to know exactly what to expect before booking. This is a clean and functional older beach house with original finishes throughout. The home is scheduled for a major renovation later this fall and has not yet received the cosmetic updates found in some newer North Myrtle Beach rentals. Our pricing reflects its current condition.

What this home offers is space, location and flexibility for a large group. The property is second row from the ocean, less than 500 feet from the Atlantic.

The two-story layout works especially well for extended families or groups traveling together. Each floor has its own kitchen, living area and dining area, with four bedrooms on each level. Ensuite bathroom on each floor. This gives your group plenty of room to spend time together while still having separate living spaces. Please note that the staircase to the second floor is accessed via an outside entrance off of the covered back porch.

The furnishings shown in the listing photos are the furnishings that will be available during your stay. We have intentionally used current, non-AI enhance, photos so guests can see the condition and furnishings before booking. Furniture and fixtures do show sign of wear but are still fully functional.

Please note that bath towels, washcloths and beach towels are NOT provided. Guests must bring their own. Paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, etc. are not included. Bed linens and bedding are provided. Washer/dryer is not available on the property. Guests will not have access to detached building behind the house. But two outdoor showers will be fully accessible. Dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans are provided and totally functional but are older and show sign of wear.

This property is best suited for guests who value space, proximity to the beach and a lower rate over updated finishes or resort amenities. If you are looking for a newly remodeled or luxury beach house, this property may not be the right fit. If you want a large, functional house close to the beach with room for your group to spread out, this home offers an excellent value.

The property includes 8 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, two dining areas, central air conditioning, outdoor showers, porch areas and parking for up to 6 vehicles. First and second floors mirror each other in layout, reference photos for more details. Please note that washer/dryer is not available on the property.

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Small pets are welcome!

The house is being offered for a limited rental period before renovation begins. There will be no renovation or construction taking place at the property during any guest stay.
