BEDROOMS and COMFORT
Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this charming cottage features three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, while the two upstairs bedrooms provide added privacy for families or groups traveling together. With cozy furnishings and a calm coastal atmosphere throughout, every room offers the perfect place to unwind and recharge after beach days and local adventures.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy your own private fenced backyard — the perfect place for cookouts, outdoor dining, or relaxing in the coastal breeze after a day at the beach. With plenty of space to gather and unwind, the outdoor area adds an extra layer of comfort and charm to your North Myrtle Beach getaway.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

LINENS & TOWELS
The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
We do not provide a daily maid service.

A personal car or rental are recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach right across the street!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
