As of early 2026, the condo has received fresh updates including new paint in the living and kitchen areas, along with two brand new queen beds and a new king bed, adding even more comfort to your stay.

Upon arrival, guests enter through a small hallway that leads into the main living spaces and four private bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully laid out to provide comfort, storage, and privacy.

Bedroom 1 features two double beds, a closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and access to a private bathroom. The window brings in wonderful natural light. The attached bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, toilet, vanity with sink, and an oversized mirror.

Bedroom 2 offers two queen beds, a closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and access to its own private bathroom. This bathroom also includes a shower and tub combination, toilet, vanity with sink, and an oversized mirror.

Bedroom 3 includes a king bed, closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination, toilet, vanity with sink, and oversized mirror.

Bedroom 4 is the primary suite and is located on the ocean side of the condo. This spacious room features a king bed, closet, dresser, TV, overhead lighting with a ceiling fan, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The private bathroom includes a stand up shower, separate tub, toilet, double vanity with two sinks, and an oversized mirror.

The centrally located kitchen is designed with both function and gathering in mind. It features granite countertops and full size stainless steel appliances including a side by side refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will enjoy plentiful cabinet space stocked with basic kitchenware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and glassware, making it easy to prepare meals for the entire group.

Just off the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that detergent and dryer sheets are not provided, so plan to bring your own. A pantry beside the laundry area offers additional storage space.

At the front of the condo, you will find the spacious living area with ample seating for everyone. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, accent chair, entertainment center, cable TV, and a dining table with chairs. From here, step out onto the direct oceanfront balcony with glass panels that maximize your view and allow you to fully enjoy the coastal scenery.

All bath towels, bedding, and linens are provided for your stay, along with starter amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each bathroom is stocked with eight bath towels, eight washcloths, one hand towel, and one bath mat. Guests will arrive to freshly made beds and fully stocked bathrooms, and unlike many other rentals in the area, there is no additional charge for towels or linens.

Malibu Pointe Beach Club is a mid rise ocean view complex located just across the street from the beach, making it easy to walk over and enjoy the sand and surf without needing to drive. The property features multiple pools, free parking, complimentary Wi Fi, and cable TV. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Malibu Pointe Beach Club does not allow boats, golf carts, mopeds, or trailers. Malibu Pointe is located approximately 25 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Sky Wheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats!
