Guests should be 23 years of age to rent.

This location does not allow trailers.

You get two parking spaces.

As a local host, I am available if you need me, but would leave you to enjoy your vacation.

This is a very quiet and quaint community. The property is located on the top floor, there are two sets of stairs you will need to walk in order to reach the property.

While we understand things happen in life and we cannot control the weather.. I always highly recommend travel insurance in the chance something comes up and you cannot make your planned trip to the beach. Cancellation policy is 30 days before arrival.
There is no smoking of anything in the unit.
