This nicely decorated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath home is set up to accommodate a family of 10 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 fulls in the 2nd bedroom and 2 fulls in the 3rd bedroom. This house is only a quick 2 minute walk (0.2 miles) to the beach with access to public parking and public beach access.

This spacious home is wonderful for a large family coming together to share time at the beach! The 1st floor features the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bathroom, master bathroom and laundry room. The 2nd floor features 2 bedrooms, one with a private balcony, and a shared bathroom. For added convenience, there are TV's in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and parking for 2 vehicles.

Located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach, "Perrindise" is conveniently close to all the wonderful restaurants and attractions our area has to offer! After you've enjoyed the beach, take a dip in the nice outdoor community pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day)!
