I booked the property last minute because it was listed as pet friendly. I looked up at the ad didn’t see any price listed so thought it was included. Not! 15 a night. I even said it’s not listed in your ad. She said we charge. I said well I know that now. I said had I know that I would have booked at Red Roof saved 44.00 for the same room. So they do charge 15.00 per night for your pet. The room was nice, the cable tv was good. The area was not scary. The breakfast was ok. Cereal, whole milk, sunny D. Bread, jelly, coffee. Some breakfast bars and tiny muffins. We got there at ten pm. I did talk to the person through a small holding window, the lobby was locked. I can’t say I blame them. It’s a safety thing in this day. I was glad they kept the employee safe. The room was clean.

I reserved the room at the last minute, i really didn't want a hotel that the room doors were on the outside. But it was all i could get. In the end my staycwas quiet, comfortable,, clean, SAFE, and not expensive

Even after telling the front desk that the ac wasn't working nothing was done. Beds as hard as cardboard. At least the shower worked.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking. We unlocked the door and the smell of marijuana knocked us down. We complained and got another room which also smelled like smoke but not as bad. Loud at all times of the night. There’s were people partying right outside our door in the parking lot.

Dear Morgan thank you for your feedback ... its seems letting you know that the breakfast was closed made you leave us this feedback which you have wrote in other platforms as well with different messages... When a guest stayed the night and then start writing feedback like this its because they want something and all of this its a complete lie. We have proof that what you are saying its not correct. Hope you not going to all hotels and doing this for a purpose to hurt the business. Loud at night we didn't had no complain about this from you neither other guest because this didn't happen.

It is motel 6 level of hotel. The lobby is closed to customers, so you will have to deal through a window like stores in high crime area

We are very sorry for the inconveniece during check in ... lobby is close during certain time,This is not a high crime are as you described. If you do a research you will find that this is the safest area you can stay.

Very clean and friendly
Very quick and easy! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Easy on and off access to the highway with multiple gas stations in close proximity. Well kept property and overall a good stay.

This was a drug infested getto facility, just looking at drug addicted people walking around the parking lot and sitting in their cars smoking dope in the pipe, rooms stunk of smoke, doors did not open had to kick it in ,and when i asked about the continental breakfast i was told they provide bottle water and a muffin, i would not recommend this place to a person i hate it was worse then a $20 motel That you take hookers too

Dear Mr. Michael thank you for your feedback, but we will not agree with you with you statement, if this hotel is what you are described how come you stayed here. If you are saying what you said, then you should not stay. No one stays in a hotel like that. So please stop lying and defaming the hotel with false information. Why you did not come to the front desk there is no report of what you said. We have a continental breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. no bottle of water and muffin. Might you be confused and stayed somewhere else.

The employee checking us in was not very good. They seemed to be new, which is okay but it took us 30 minutes to check in. Then we were unable to pay with a credit card. Fortunately we had enough cash.

The room was clean with a nice remodel. Minor things need addressing. i.e. Bathroom door drug badly on tile. Some electrical outlets didn't work. It was easy to get to just off the interstate. The price was reasonable.

Thank you for your Feedback Mr. Duane... Glad your stay was pleasant with minor inconveniences... your feedback at the hotel didn't state anything about the medicine bottle. We check the rooms after is cleaned before a guest check in. The supervisor did not saw the bottle or any other big element in the room. After reading and before replaying to your review we checked the outlets, and they are working. But we are sorry for the inconveniences.

I stop done to its convenience to the hwy but once i got into the room there were fleas and and its smelled of urine. I wasnt even there an hour from check in to getting the hell out and they denied my refund. Im out $90

Dear Guest thank you for your feedback…Your reservation was a prepaid reservation so we do not have any credit card information of the payment of the room. An according to the report at the hotel the guest checked in at 10:47 pm and at 12:30 he came to check out because the room supposedly had fleas. You have 10 minutes to check the room and if you see and feel something is not right you can come immediately to the front desk not hour and half later. He never complained about urine so it’s a red flag that you all doing this for the refund. When you check in in a room you have 10 minutes to check the room and in that time you can come to the front desk and we can refund you not 1 hour and half. We tried to fix the issue we asked him that we can move him to another room. But did not wanted. Hope you understand the policy of every business.

I’d stay here again.
This is the nicest place we have stayed on our cross country trip. Spacious room, quiet, clean, great wifi, king bed! The only negative thing I can say is the towels were thin and scratchy.

This was our second time staying at this Motel and both times it’s been spotless!! It’s quiet there also! My husband is paralyzed and they have a handicap room that is just perfect for him!!

The good points: a clean room, nice set up, good cool air, and a smoking room like I asked for. The bad points: the booking said nothing about a $50 deposit at the time of check in. The front desk clerk looked and acted as though she was fed up with life and the "breakfast" did not compare to the surrounding hotels as they only offered toast, muffins, and juice. Also, the internet was spotty and kept booting us offline. Overall, it had what we needed for one night, but I will not be booking this particular hotel anytime soon.

Thank you for your feedback and that your stay was pleasant. Regarding to the $50 that’s an incidental charge which is refundable, the same it’s stated under the policy on the Expedia website.

Be ready to meet very rude guy at the check in. Looks like he just hates everyone. Overall cleanliness of the room isn’t good. Towels smelled bad. Better choose another place to stay overnight. Even most of motels 6 are better
