„The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort. We had a room with an uncomfortable bed and requested a different room and that is when the staff really did shine. They were friendly, understanding and helpful. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. Somebody did a great job training the employees and it shows. I will be coming back to Knoxville on business and will certainly stay at the Comfort Inn. Thanks for making us feel special !!“

„Floor was very dirty and had a large depressed area where vinyl was cracked with some missing. Shower had no place to put shampoo/shower gel bottles while in shower. Shower floor was slippery and the area around drain wasn’t finished well. Needs at least one grab bar in shower. One mattress was good but the other was way too soft.“
